Tim Strauss began his career in the air cargo and logistics industry at Purolator Courier in Indianapolis as a part time hub employee. He has had the good fortune to work for a number of airlines since then. Like many people in our industry, he caught the “airline / logistics bug” early on and never looked back.

Over the course of his career, Tim has been fortunate to work with great leaders who encouraged him to be a lifelong learner, allowed him to participate in meaningful training courses, and supported him through non-career-limiting mistakes.

Tim has spent roughly half his career with all-cargo airlines Emery Worldwide, Amerijet, and 21 Air—and half within the cargo division of passenger airlines Northwest, Delta, Hawaiian, and Air Canada.

At companies where he served as CEO or Head of Cargo, revenues increased by 75% to 250% under his leadership.
