Mr. Raul Cruz Alvarez is the Chief Executive Officer & Accountable Manager at Landing Gear Technologies LLC since it was first established in 2009. Over the years, Mr. Cruz-Alvarez has worked as an Accountable Manager, CEO, General Manager and Director of Operation. He brings over 40 years of professional experience to LGT. During his years of work, he has founded, grown, and sold numerous successful companies. Some of his experience includes working as the Accountable Manager and CEO of Integrated Drive Systems LLC, General Manager of Castle Precision Industries, Director of Operations AAR Landing Gear Center and Technician and Inspector at Cleveland Pneumatic Product Service Division.

Raul was born in Havana, Cuba. He speaks English and Spanish. After high school, he attended Miami Dade County Community College and George T Baker Aviation Technical College. Raul and his wife Ibis have 4 children and 4 amazing grandchildren.
