Mr. Laurans A. Mendelson has been the Chief Executive Officer of HEICO Corporation since February 1990. Mr. Mendelson serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at HEICO Aerospace Holdings Corp., He served as the President of HEICO Corporation from September 1991 to October 2009.
He served as the President of MediTek Health Corporation from May 1994 to July 1996. Mr. Mendelson served as the President of Heico Electronic Technologies Corp. He serves as Chairperson of HEICO Aerospace Holdings Corp. He serves as the Chairman of Mount Sinai NYU Health. He has been the Chairman and Director at HEICO Corporation since December 1990 and 1989 respectively. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees, the Executive Committee and Founders Club of Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.
He serves as a Trustee Emeritus of Columbia University. In addition, Mr. Mendelson served as a Trustee of Columbia University in The City of New York from 1995 to 2001. He served as a Director of Hawker Pacific Aerospace, which provides overhaul and repair services to the aviation industry, since January 2001. He serves as a Member of Board of Governors at Aerospace Industries Association. Mr. Mendelson is a Certified Public Accountant.
