This focused approach has propelled Aero Accessories from a modest team of 5 to a thriving organization of over 190 employees. We have expanded our facilities significantly, moving from a 5,000 sqft space to a substantial 40,000 sqft facility, and during the pandemic, we invested in a state-of-the-art 80,000 sqft facility. Recognized three times on the prestigious INC 500 list, with David & Kevin Vail honored as finalists for EY’s entrepreneur of the year award in 2020, Aero Accessories has solidified its position as the largest independently owned component MRO facility globally.

Today, Aero Accessories supports customers worldwide, offering expertise across the broadest range of ATA chapters and platforms, with annual revenues exceeding $100 million dollars. As we embark on our second decade, we reflect on the critical importance of our people—within our business and throughout our industry.
